Updated Release: Release v3.9.1.0 (Dec 18, 2014)

I had to do a very quick fix as NuGet referencing without 'cached script' wasn't any good at all.

• Fixed cached script assembly probing for NuGet packages
• Implemented 'auto-kill' of the script host on cscs.exe exit
• Fixed broken Shell Extension registration
• Added FileParser.ResolveFileAlgorithm delegate to allow supplying custom probing algorithm.
